These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rehmat Store’s website and mobile application (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) About Rehmat Store
Rehmat Store is an e‑commerce platform that offers curated products with an Islamic tone and ethical standards. The Services are operated by FXD Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”). While our values inform how we operate, these Terms are a legal agreement governing the Services.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- Accurate information: you must provide accurate account and delivery information and keep it updated.
- Account security: you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.
- One person, one account: we may limit or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
3) Orders, pricing, and availability
- Product information: we aim for accurate descriptions and images, but colors/packaging may vary and some details may change.
- Availability: items may be out of stock or discontinued. We may limit quantities per order.
- Pricing: prices can change at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout (excluding obvious errors).
- Order acceptance: an order is not accepted until confirmed. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues, or payment failures.
4) Payments
We may offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”) and/or online payments processed by third‑party payment gateways. Payment methods may vary by region. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
- Payment security: we typically do not store full card details; payment providers handle sensitive payment information.
- Failed payments: if payment fails, we may not process the order.
- COD verification: we may confirm COD orders by OTP/call and may limit COD availability based on location, order value, or prior return-to-origin history.
5) Shipping and delivery
- Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable phone number.
- Delivery times: delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather, holidays, and other factors.
- Risk and title: risk of loss generally transfers upon delivery to the address provided (subject to mandatory local law).
6) Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
- Before dispatch: you can request cancellation from the order screen/support. If the order is not dispatched, we will cancel and refund (if prepaid).
- After dispatch: cancellation may not be possible. You can refuse delivery (where supported) or request a return after delivery, subject to eligibility below.
- Abuse prevention: repeated last‑minute cancellations/refusals may lead to restrictions (including COD limits).
Unless a product page or category rule says otherwise, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided the item is unused and in original condition (including tags, seals, accessories, and packaging).
- Perishable or short‑shelf‑life goods, and items requiring cold chain (where applicable).
- Opened/used consumables, personal care items, or hygiene‑sensitive products (for safety reasons).
- Items marked “final sale”, customized/personalized items, and gift cards/vouchers.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
- Report quickly: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos/video where relevant.
- Resolution: we may offer replacement, exchange, or refund depending on stock availability and the issue verification.
- Eligibility: exchanges are available for eligible items within 7 days of delivery (unused, original condition).
- Subject to stock: if a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit (where permitted).
- One exchange: we may limit exchanges to one per order item to keep operations fair.
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders where possible. For COD orders, we may request bank/UPI details to process the refund.
- Timeline: after the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days. Your bank/gateway may take additional time to reflect the credit.
- Shipping fees: shipping/handling charges (if any) may be non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
- Return pickup: return pickup availability depends on location and delivery partner capabilities. If pickup is unavailable, we may provide return instructions.
7) Reviews and user content
- Truthful and respectful: reviews must be honest, lawful, and respectful.
- Moderation: we may remove content that is abusive, misleading, spammy, or violates these Terms.
- License: you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display your content within the Services for operation and promotion of the platform.
8) Sponsored content and advertisements
The Services may include sponsored listings or advertisements provided by third parties. Sponsored placement does not necessarily mean we endorse a product, seller, or offer. We aim to label sponsored content where shown.
9) Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, or to harm others.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you do not have permission to access.
- Interfere with the Services (e.g., scraping, excessive automated requests, malware).
- Misrepresent your identity or attempt to bypass security features.
10) Intellectual property
The Services, including logos, designs, text, and software, are owned by or licensed to Rehmat Store and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission, except where allowed by law.
11) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep the Services reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all information is error‑free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehmat Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud/abuse, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
14) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Rehmat Store operates, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where you reside. If you need a jurisdiction‑specific clause (country/state), add your business address and legal entity details.
